Anxiety and depression can feel overwhelming, isolating, and hard to navigate on your own. You might find yourself stuck in cycles of overthinking, feeling on edge, low motivation, or disconnected from yourself and others.

Anxiety often shows up as constant worry, racing thoughts, or difficulty relaxing. Depression can look like low energy, loss of interest, negative self-talk, or feeling “numb.” For many, these experiences overlap.

In therapy, we’ll work together to better understand what you’re going through and build tools that actually feel helpful in your day-to-day life. This may include learning how to respond to anxious thoughts, improving emotional awareness, and reconnecting with your values and sense of self.

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT, ACT, and DBT—while always meeting you where you are.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.
