In person I offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions. While I believe in-person sessions allow for a deeper sense of connection, presence, and engagement, I understand that virtual therapy can provide important flexibility and accessibility. Together, we can decide what feels most supportive for you while prioritizing meaningful, consistent care.

Yes—parent and family involvement can be an important part of supporting teens in therapy. The level of involvement depends on what’s clinically appropriate and what will best support your teen. We’ll work together to find a balance that helps them feel supported while also respecting their need for privacy and independence.

No. While I specialize in eating concerns, anxiety, and depression, I also work with clients who are simply feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or needing a space to process what’s going on in their lives.
You don’t need a specific diagnosis or a clear “problem” to come to therapy. Many clients come in to talk through relationships, life transitions, stress, or to better understand themselves and build coping tools.

Eating disorder treatment is a collaborative and individualized process. In therapy, we’ll work on healing your relationship with food, your body, and yourself, while building tools to navigate thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
Because eating disorders impact both mental and physical health, I work closely with dietitians who specialize in eating disorders, and may coordinate care with other providers when needed. This team-based approach helps ensure you’re supported from all angles.
Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels supportive while still encouraging growth and lasting change.
