My approach
Therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and honest.
You don’t need to have the right words or everything figured out.
I help clients understand their patterns, process emotions, and build tools that feel realistic and meaningful.
What therapy with me feels like?
A space where you can be real.
A place to slow down, process, and build trust in yourself over time.
About me
I am a therapist passionate about creating a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. We live in a world that can feel overwhelming, fast paced, and often disconnected, where there is constant pressure around how we should look, feel, and show up.
I am particularly passionate about helping clients slow down, reconnect with themselves, and build a more trusting relationship with their bodies, their emotions, and their inner voice.
I care deeply about supporting individuals in healing their relationship with food and their bodies, learning how to process and understand their emotions, and finding a sense of purpose, passion, and connection, whatever that may look like for them, including spirituality or personal values.
I work with adolescents, young adults, and families navigating eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
My approach is collaborative and rooted in the belief that healing happens through connection, to ourselves, to others, and to what gives our lives meaning. Together, we work on learning how to process emotions, explore what truly matters to you, and create a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.
Connection
At the heart of my work is a core belief: healing happens in connection. From my own experiences and through my work, I’ve seen how powerful it can be to feel truly seen and accepted, whether that’s in therapy, with loved ones, or even through the bond we share with animals. My dog, Rudi, has played a special role in my own healing journey, reminding me every day that presence, trust, and unconditional love are essential parts of being well. I strive to create that kind of grounded, supportive connection with each of my clients.
